Impact expedition - Ski & Sail Norway
A few weeks every year I skipper ski & sail expeditions for SeilNorge in the north of Norway (Lofoten, Lynge Alps and more). The expeditions are in remote areas where the participants sail the boat from mountain to mountain and ski from summit to the boat in the fjord. Underway taking in all there is from sea-mountain sunrises-sunsets, four seasons in a day weather, fishing, cold plunges, on occassion Northern lights even orca's, a bit on the existential bond between sea and land and loads of fun. If you are a tourskier and nature fan, this is definitely a true adventure to experience.

Out of the ordinary - Sing & Sail Croatia
Singing and sailing in Croatia has something magical offering loads of culture and sailing for all levels. I have been there for many years discovering new itenaries every year. In an Out of the ordinary Sing & Sail Croatia we'll go with your group and songs sailing as a team over the seas and wandering in the old cities and small villages we'll visit. And ofcourse experiencing a bit on the existential bond between sea and land. A truely unique experience for all singing friends. Building resilient teams
A custom made outdoor training for organisation's own leadership development or teamwork programs. Think of strengthening consiousness and action around topics of sustainability, strategy, new working methods, a bit on the existential bond between sea and land, etc. in accelerating towards future proof resilient teams. Business training - Personal leadership - The Happy Entrepreneur
Together with my colleagues from Flow+ we build and run the personal leadership program The Happy Entrepreneur, a personal development journey to become a strong captain in your life and entrepreneurship. You will be part of a group of business owners and director level individuals. Together you will be trained to bring more clarity in choices, ways to approach challenges and a bit on the existential bond between sea and land. You will be making use of the peer group and the sailing to accelerate your own proces towards positive impact for you, your company and society. Produced in cooperation with Flow+, sparring partner for entrepreneurial organisations.

Out of the ordinary - Blue zone secrets Greece, Sardinia ....
New this year! I was approached to skipper an adventure looking for the elements that make up a unique blue zone in Greece. We will be sailing as a team towards some of the most beautiful blue zones and touch the elements along the way. Think of special food, healthy hikes, socializing, seabreezes a bit on the existential bond between sea and land and much more.

Training - Skipper Yachtmaster-like
Since my professionalizing as a sailor, becoming a certified commercial RYA Yachtmaster, people often approach me to join them on their own sailboats to upskill their skipper abilities. I always encourage them to start their own Yachtmaster development, but often people are afraid they don't have enough sailing miles and time to go for that. I enjoy sailing together and throwing in a bit on the existential bond between sea and land. We as skippers can play such an impuctfull role to inspire others. That's why I introduced Skipper Yachtmaster-like.

Event - Team offsite - Impact team day
Team offsite the other way around: don't start with the organization content needs of new strategies, processes or products. Instead make your starting-point uplifting team bonding and cooperation under fast changing circumstances. Sailing a ship together in the beauty of the elements where sea meets land is the ultimate venue and preparation to take in the organizations next steps.
An impactful team day growing unused potential of the team and it's members: being truly away from every day life, engaging as a sail-expedition team, preparing and enjoying some good meals together, learning a bit on the existential bond between sea and land. Here your team creates new energy and lasting joint memories.
Group size between 4 - 16 people. Larger teams and multiple day events on request.
