Why do we as humans feel the urge to go outside of our direct work and life environment?
We long for adventure, togetherness, enjoyment and some distance to create overview and clarity about our surroundings, ourselves and our teams. At Where Sea Meets Land we use a sailboat in the oudoors to deliver on that. Sailing the boat `clears your mind and it creates true teamwork, resilience and bonding towards destinations. Your boots bring you ashore to explore the land. Here walking stimulates the brain and creativity and is an excellent way to have good conversations and discover the inland. Moreover you will grow in your leadership from the parallels between taking care of crew, yacht and handling the changing environment. As not everybody is a born sea(wo)man, we choose our itenaries and moments with that in mind.
