WhereSeaMeetsLand is a different training and team-building company: we specialise in accelerating sustainability and climate resilience for organisations. Not as a consultant, but by durifying your leaders and teams. You become the expedition team to your own future-proof organisation. You travel by boat and boots: the sailboat is your basecamp and together with your boots, also your sustainable means of transport during the short expeditions.

THE SAILBOAT - YOUR BASECAMP
Durifying happens outside of your direct work and life environment. We use a sailboat as the basecamp for our expeditions. Sailing the boat `clears your mind and it creates true teamwork and bonding towards destinations. Moreover you will learn a ton in leadershipskills from the parallels between taking care of crew, yacht and the environment and building climate resilience for your organisation its people and mother earth. As not everybody is a born sea(wo)man, we choose our itenaries and moments with that in mind. The sailboat enables us to explore the where sea meets land areas. You will see with your own eyes the challenges and solutions between nature and human interaction from the water.
THE BOOTS AND THE LAND
Durifying happens outside of your direct work and life environment. Where the sailboat is your basecamp and your means of transportion over the water. Your boots bring you ashore to explore the land for its challenges and solutions between nature and human interaction. Walking stimulates the brain and creativity and is used in multiple settings of the expedition to reach learning and inspiration locations.

We are a group of sustainability developers with a serious outdoor skill set organizing short expeditions that accelerate your sustainability efforts and climate resilience. We believe that to exist as part of nature as person and organisation, being in nature must always be part of your journey. We build awareness and action expeditions from the office through some of the best whereseameetsland environments back to the office. With a ton of insights, concrete action plans and full of energy. Nowadays we take you with us in local areas in Scotland, Spain, the Netherlands and Norway, where we have our own local network of expert guides. We can also provide custom locations.
